• Professionals: You may create a profile to showcase your name, contact information, social media links, and professional details (e.g., resume, certifications). You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your profile.
• Employers: You may post job listings or access resume search services for a monthly subscription fee. You must provide accurate company and billing information.
• Homeowners: You may list properties for a fee. You must provide accurate property and billing information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Fees & Payments

• Employer Subscriptions: Employers must pay a monthly fee for access to resume search services or to post job listings. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Homeowner Listing Fees: Homeowners must pay a fee to list properties. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge applicable fees.
• Fee Changes: We may modify fees at any time with notice. Continued use of paid services after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

4. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profiles, job postings, property listings). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform to provide our services.
